Hall and Function room Hire in Sible Hedingham:

Function Room Hire:
Ideal for smaller functions with a maximum capacity of 60.
Prices start from £10 per hour

Hall Hire:
For larger gatherings, maximum capacity 120
Prices start from £20 per hour

Booking for the hall is confirmed upon payment which is in advance of use.
The hirer is expected to return the hall to a satisfactory condition after use, if further cleaning is required the cost will be passed on to the hirer
The manament ask for all debris and refuse to be removed by the hirer at the end of your daily booking
For regular hall hirers
Monthly payment is due in advance on the 1st of each month to cover the days required in the coming month
There is a minimum of 2 weeks notice to cancel the use of the hall, otherwise payment is still required.
The hirer is required to treat the hall and contents with respect, if anything is damaged or broken during your hall use it will be the duty of the hall hirer to pay to repair or replace said damaged or broken item.
The management reserve the right to refuse bookings.
The management endeavor to provide adequate notice of hire cancellation, however circumstances may alter this process.
